As businesses begin to focus more on improving customer service, a growing demand for mystery shop programs is arising. There’s something about the feedback of an anonymous customer that really enlightens a business owner. Mystery shops reveal how a typical customer perceives their business and how well employees are performing.
Gathering this information requires a unique workforce of Mystery Shoppers and Auditors who are constantly willing to share their customer service experience. They are in fact the front-line of this type of marketing research and should at all times be respected for their contributions. The impact made as a result of their positive or negative feedback is of significant value to businesses and consumers alike. So we ask……..
My experience working as a field rep.
Well first I would like to say that this was one of the most interest and fun promotion I have every done. I really l didn’t have a problem handout the flyers to people because people was very respondent and willing to take them. I have done this type of work before and sometime (depend on what I’m representing) I find it hard to get people to even except what I’m offering. I had some individual that was very interests and I explain to them the different ways about how the programs and opportunities that impulse shopper has available can benefit them. I also told them about how they can also have fun as well while going on these assignment that they will be choosing for themselves. I threw in a story about my own experience in mystery shopping for those that was a little worry about tricks and scams .Overall, the experience was very good and I am looking forward to doing again.
Thank you so much Tyechia for your hard work. We know it’s not easy to convince people that there are legitimate opportunities out there. It took me months before I decided to just go for it. I would stare at the offer in my inbox, weighting the pros and cons. Then suddenly I would close the email and dismiss the entire idea because I really feared getting caught in some scandal. Well one day I received a phone call from a Recruiter who actually made it worth my while to do an assignment for their company. So I committed, but before I stepped a foot out the door, I did my research. Still in the back of my mind I thought, “If I get scammed someone is gonna pay dearly”. During the course of a month I performed about 5 assignments for them. I put a pause on doing more because I wanted to wait and see when I would get paid for my services. As it turned out, I did in fact receive my payments and reimbursements as promised by the mystery shopping company. On that day many of my doubts about engaging in this type of independent contractor work had been erased. Now I know how to avoid those check cashing and wire transfer scams because legitmate companies never ask you to perform such transactions. If you ever encounter this run, run, run and report them to the BBB.
